LiveLink provides live-only, end-to-end encrypted file transfers via invite links. The server relays encrypted chunks and does not store file contents. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Live-only transfers
Transfers complete only while both sender and receiver stay online. If either disconnects, the transfer stops and is not stored for later delivery.
Service provided "as is"
LiveLink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee delivery, speed, or uninterrupted performance. Network conditions, devices, and browsers may affect transfers.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you transfer, your rights to share it, and its legality. Keep your transfer links private.
Prohibited use
Do not use LiveLink to transmit malware, illegal content, or to abuse, harass, or overload the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMLcode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or service interruptions.
Availability, changes, termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, and may update these terms as needed.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed and enforced as applicable under your local law.
